Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
We’re so happy to have you as a client! To reserve your appointment, a security deposit is required. To make sure everyone has the best experience, please keep the following in mind:
Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your security deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment so we can stay on schedule for all clients. In some cases, the full security deposit may still apply.
